This Decoupage Paper is printed in the USA. It is 8.25 x 11.6″ Rice paper that decoupages smoothly with virtually no wrinkles. We use Archival inks to reduce fading and increase the vibrancy of the Prints. It can be mounted and framed as is or decoupaged onto most surfaces with a decoupage gel.
**Note that all papers will ship in a way to minimize wrinkles, but will be folded for ease of transport.**

Returns
Stock is dynamic. It's not entirely managed by us, since we have multiple parties such as the factory and our storage. The stock levels may fluctuate at any time. It is possible that you will not receive your purchase after it has been placed.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since you've bought the item and we're unable to offer you a complete exchange or refund.
In order to be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same state as you received it. It should also be returned in its original packaging.
